Soft systems is a 6-12 months pilot that helps estate teams embed a culture of Sustainability in their organisation. Our unique entry point is to understand occupier behaviour and help change it towards sustainable behaviours.

We partnered with Believe housing, a social housing organisation in the North-East to explore their challenge of getting access to tenants homes for retrofits.

Researcher
This study was inspired by own experience of playing multiple roles in the Indian construction industry and coming across unsettling systemic issues, that spared a desire in me to look for answers. This bought me to RCA. Here I look at corruption from a systemic lens through the eyes of a service designer, to identify gaps for intervention in a sub-system.
