I am an inter-disciplinary Service and Business Designer specialising in organisational challenges. I have successfully designed, evaluated and improved services, platforms, organisational culture and business operations through rigorous research, testing and stakeholder engagement.

I aim to deploy my experience and knowledge in multiple fields and solve emerging issues of inclusion, digitalisation, decarbonisation and more. My communication and team building skills help me create strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Service Design

  • Responsible for integrating service design into developmental evaluation and systems thinking work

​

  • Designing systems-thinking learning platform for clients. As well as creating an internal service design toolkit for the organisation

Service Design

  • Designed an organisational change service that is being piloted in Cambridge and if proves successful will be adopted nationwide.

  • Proactively identified blockages and barriers to achieve true net-zero across the estate 

Service Design

  • Devising ways of researching to dig deep into the problem of unhealthy financial behaviours in young adults

  • Successfully designed an innovative financial services solution that gained interest from Senior Managers within banking, financial and technical companies

Research and Design

  • Designed and presented two experiments to improve relationships through better communications between home owners and workers during renovations, and ultimately decrease costs due to higher clarity and alignment. 

Foresight Research

  • Created refinement and change strategies for the company pillars.

  • Produced a research driven foresight story and presentation that received high praise from the Author and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and was published on the website 

Service Design

  • Improved the alignment of internal teams by understanding the purpose of the work through the co-creation of principles for upcoming retrofits.

  • As a result of the work and enhanced the awareness of customer and project needs a new job role was created.

Design Management Consultancy

  • Implemented a new holistic approach to conduct user research and determine business priorities.

Project Management and Clients Relation Management

  • Managed a client portfolio worth over £200k  and leading the duties of over 50 internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conducted ethnography to understand the context of different stakeholders.

​

  • Introduced an inclusive, values and strengths based approach to a co-working environment.

  • Saved over £10k through efficient procuring and strong relationships building
