I am an interdisciplinary Strategist, Researcher and Service Designer specialising in understanding stakeholder needs to design, test and implement human-centred products and services that address complex challenges and reduce inequalities.

 

I integrate systems-thinking, behaviour economics, participatory design methods in my approach to gathering evidence through research, data analysis, conceptualisation and testing to de-risk the delivery of programmes.

 

My broad range of experiences of working within the social, healthcare, construction, technology, consulting, and social- housing sectors, allows me to quickly adapt and integrate domain-expertise to solve-problems. I aim to deploy my experience and knowledge to do purposeful work that creates measurable impact.
